He began his career at MF Global as a trader in options and derivatives, before leading the futures broker team at R.J. O&#8217;Brien, where he supervised a team of seven brokers serving clients in Canada and Mexico. In 2008, he joined Scotia Bank to lead the commodities management service in Montreal.
