Mathieu Noël

Mathieu is an expert in trading, derivatives and financial risk management, with more than 20 years of experience. He joined FINMETRIX in 2018 as a portfolio manager, leveraging his multidisciplinary expertise to generate real added value for his clients. He began his career at MF Global as a trader in options and derivatives, before leading the futures broker team at R.J. O’Brien, where he supervised a team of seven brokers serving clients in Canada and Mexico. In 2008, he joined Scotia Bank to lead the commodities management service in Montreal. Mathieu holds the titles of licensed investment manager, derivatives specialist, as well as CIM and DMS designations.
